 Are you loving the planning process and have already booked some of your dream vendors but aren't sure how to pull everything together? Do you need some guidance on your wedding day? Then this package is for you. This is also known as the partial planning package. 

-Point of contact for already hired vendor starting at six to eight months prior
 -Meetings with your planner to go over details and design
-Vendor Recommendations - up to three vendors

Full planning

 Do you have all your vendors booked and all the details nailed down and need us to step in to execute your day? Then our Wedding Coordination package is for you.
 -Point of contact for all vendors two months prior
 -Venue walkthrough - two months prior
 -Two meetings with your planner
 -One hour rehearsal - if schedule permits and as needed
 -Constructing detailed timelines & layouts
 -Confirming all details with the vendors
 -Welcoming and managing all vendors on site
 -Coordinating and assisting with the set up of the ceremony & reception

How can we reach our planner?

I primarily operate in WA but love traveling to other destinations. I have made dream weddings happen from California to Arizona to Hawaii. Please inquire about destination travel costs, some places may get a discount on packages depending on location.

How far will you travel?

With each event there will be a Lead Coordinator and one Assistant to make your day perfect.
